That is so cute. I think in the little mermaid they call that thing a "dinglehopper" and it is a comb! Katie looks so fun! I wish she lived closer so she and Kate could hang out togther. They would have us laughing a lot!
These pictures are just soooo cute. Katy looks so happy and pleased with herself in the video. We have so many people telling us that they are keeping up with her journal. She is absolutely adorable!!!!! Granny and Papaw
